We begin by choosing the seed: the one meaningful idea that deserves your attention and energy now.
Then we clarify what it is, who it serves, what form it needs to take, which decisions must be made, and what first steps will move it into the world.
This is not open-ended brainstorming, or an ongoing cycle of considering every possibility. It is a focused process of choosing, defining, planning, and beginning.
Coaching, creative strategy, spiritual discernment, journaling, prayer, meditation, movement, Tarot, Holy Fire® Reiki, and play are all tools that may be part of how we uncover the truth and create your way forward.

MY ROLE
I listen for the connecting thread, recognize patterns, ask direct questions, help you make the decisions you have been circling, and turn what feels abstract into something named, structured, and workable.
I help you define the idea, establish its container, sequence the first steps, and remain focused when fear, uncertainty, or another shiny possibility tries to pull you away.
I am a warm, direct, spiritually integrated activation coach. I am hear to help you manage your own vision, hear yourself, choose, and begin.
Home Base
You remain the authority of your life, body, beliefs, and decisions throughout our work.
At any time, you may pause, ask questions, request clarification, change the pace, or decline a particular practice in that moment. Before using an energetic, embodied, or divinatory practice, I will explain what I am suggesting and ask for your consent.
Openness to Tarot, Holy Fire® Reiki, meditation, movement, prayer, and spiritual exploration is part of our overall fit, even though we may not use every tool in every session or journey.
We can change the route, pace, language, or tool. We do not continually replace the seed whenever uncertainty or another exciting idea appears. We may refine the seed as we learn more -- but we stay with it long enough to give it roots.
What A Real Start Looks Like
Before we begin, we identify the specific finish line we are moving toward.
Depending on your seed, that may mean defining your offer, naming your program, clarifying who it serves, planning your first event, establishing your pricing, outlining your first workshop, building a launch plan, creating your booking pathway, or making your first public invitation.
Four weeks may not complete the entire vision. The purpose is to get it decisively underway.
Our work is designed for you to leave with one chosen focus, a clear definition of what you are creating, the key decisions made, a prioritized plan, and your first outward steps already in motion.
I specialize in beginnings. I am not the coach you retain forever to maintain what you have built. My role is to help you choose the seed, plant it, and get it growing. Once you have begun and know what you are tending, our work is complete.
When a seed needs slightly more time to establish, a focused two-week continuation may be available.
